Last night, just after 2:00 am, my husband went to settle and comfort our two-year-old son, who is currently going through a rough sleep regression. While rocking him, Abram lifted his head off of Justin’s shoulder, placed his little hand lovingly on his father’s cheek and said “Daddy, you’re not my best friend. Mommy is my best friend.”
